As part of our AI Assist Squad, you will help ensure that our AI-assisted solutions and analytics run smoothly, reliably, and at scale. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust data pipelines, deploying models, and implementing best practices in MLOps and DevOps to develop and deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will:
As a Data Scientist in the AI Assist Squad, you will combine technical expertise with operational rigor to keep our AI solutions performing at their best. In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flow for AI models
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Automate workflows for model retraining, versioning, and performance tracking
Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate with engineers and product owners to integrate models into production environments
Optimize infrastructure and processes for scalability and reliability
Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new tools and methodologies for operational efficiency
About you:
We are looking for a candidate with curiosity and eagerness to learn, technical foundations and experience in operationalizing AI solutions:
Proficient in working with the Azure platform, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Skilled in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerised solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps best practices to ensure efficient system operations
Expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and implementing monitoring and alerting systems
Proficient in scripting and automation using tools like Python and Bash
A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Advanced English language skills
We offer:
from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
