Backed by nearly $100M from Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures, we're looking for a curious, energetic Customer Support Specialist to become a key voice of the customer and a hands-on contributor to a world-class support and community experience.
Your Mission
Deliver empathetic, timely support across all channels (Zendesk, Discord, email) with a strong focus on human connection.
Leverage AI-powered tools, macros and templates to handle repetitive tasks, reduce manual triage and scale support operations.
Create and maintain help center content, troubleshooting guides and support resources.
Act as a bridge between users and the product team, surfacing community feedback as actionable insights.
Support and help grow a thriving Beta community across Discord and social channels.
What We're Looking For
Customer-obsessed and empathetic, with an operator mindset that looks for ways to improve the process.
Comfortable with AI tools: already using or actively exploring AI and automation to work smarter.
A clear communicator with creative energy and a connection to the creative world.
Familiarity with Discord, Zendesk or similar support and community platforms is a bonus.
