Caramel Talent is partnering with a specialist B2B consultancy that helps businesses get more value from their CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement technology, to find a dedicated Customer Success Manager. This client-facing role focuses on helping retained clients maximise the value of their CRM and marketing technology investment after implementation, sitting between account management, consultancy, and customer success.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
Deliver onboarding programmes, training sessions, and workshops.
Help clients improve adoption and utilisation of CRM and marketing technology platforms.
Manage inbound support requests and conduct regular account reviews with strategic recommendations.
Keep clients informed of new functionality and best practices, working closely with internal delivery, CRM, and marketing teams.
About You
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CRM Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
Experience onboarding, training, or supporting users, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have: experience with HubSpot, agency/consultancy/SaaS experience.
