Findigs is building the first end-to-end platform that turns complex rental screening into a seamless, high-trust experience for property managers and renters, backed by $78M in funding. The Customer Success team ensures clients get the most out of the platform and is the voice of the customer internally.
Where you'll make an impact
Serve as the escalation point for SMB customers, managing inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating technical bugs to Engineering with clear tickets.
Conduct proactive client outreach to ensure engagement, monitor product usage, and share best practices.
Contribute to the customer-facing Knowledge Base with articles, tutorials, and guides that enable self-service.
Monitor customer health to proactively address issues, drive adoption, and mitigate churn.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira) and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with tracking customer success metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and Time to Resolution.
