As a customer strategist within Progressive's Commercial Lines Experience team, you'll advance the Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) agenda. Design and implement solutions aimed at eliminating or automating workflows using modern automation and AI, with a focus on generative AI applications to boost operational efficiency and improve customer and agent experience outcomes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
8+ years of related professional work experience in digital, voice, and agent channel experiences, OR Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience.
Expertise shaping customer experience strategies driving digital acquisition and conversion.
Familiarity with automation tools and data science models.
Recent Agile team or project environment experience working with technical development teams.
Strong planning, organization, and multi-project priority management.
Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and standardization with problem-identification capabilities.
