Polymarket is reinventing frontline support with the goal of building the world's best customer experience. CX Specialists are not ticket-closers, they're owners of the customer experience. You'll handle the day-to-day work of supporting users and use that front-row seat to make the process, AI tooling, and entire CX motion measurably better.

What you'll do

  • Own the frontline, handling tickets end to end and jumping into live chats the moment an incident hits.

  • Pull data, spot patterns across tickets, prototype with the AI support stack, and partner with engineers to kill recurring issues at the root.

  • Turn manual, repetitive pain into systemic fixes in the process, AI agents, and self-serve experience.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations, translating between customers and technical teams.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps and tracking adoption signals.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years in customer support, experience, or success. Bonus for work with sophisticated traders or high-stakes power users.

  • Tool-native and unafraid of data: comfortable in dashboards, SQL, AI tools, or a help center CMS.

  • Comfortable working alongside engineers to describe and reproduce bugs.

  • A bias toward building the fix, not just applying the band-aid.

  • (Plus) Experience improving support operations, automation, or AI support tooling.
