Polymarket is reinventing frontline support with the goal of building the world's best customer experience. CX Specialists are not ticket-closers, they're owners of the customer experience. You'll handle the day-to-day work of supporting users and use that front-row seat to make the process, AI tooling, and entire CX motion measurably better.
What you'll do
Own the frontline, handling tickets end to end and jumping into live chats the moment an incident hits.
Pull data, spot patterns across tickets, prototype with the AI support stack, and partner with engineers to kill recurring issues at the root.
Turn manual, repetitive pain into systemic fixes in the process, AI agents, and self-serve experience.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations, translating between customers and technical teams.
Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps and tracking adoption signals.
What we're looking for
1+ years in customer support, experience, or success. Bonus for work with sophisticated traders or high-stakes power users.
Tool-native and unafraid of data: comfortable in dashboards, SQL, AI tools, or a help center CMS.
Comfortable working alongside engineers to describe and reproduce bugs.
A bias toward building the fix, not just applying the band-aid.
