Customer Experience Intern

Wonderkind is looking for a curious, proactive Customer Experience Intern to join its Customer Experience team, gaining hands-on experience in customer support, AI and process automation, customer insights, and product collaboration. You'll work closely with the Customer Experience Manager, take ownership of projects, and explore how AI can improve CX processes. Wonderkind's technology helps companies reach relevant candidates through intelligent recruitment marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Support customers via email and chat with timely, professional, and empathetic assistance.
Learn to identify customer needs and support customers throughout their journey.
Knowledge Base Management
Update existing Help Center articles to keep information accurate and up to date.
Create new articles and documentation for product releases and features, improving self-service resources.
AI & Process Automation
Work with the CX Manager to identify opportunities to automate CX processes using AI.
Explore AI tools and experiment with ways to improve workflows and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
Customer Insights & Analytics
Analyse support ticket trends to identify recurring questions and issues, and share insights with CX and Product teams.
Product Collaboration
Collaborate with the Product team on research, feature validation, and user testing.
Gather and organise customer feedback and support testing of new features before release.
Who Are We Looking For?
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, Technology, UX, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Enjoy analysing problems and improving customer experiences and processes.
Interested in AI tools and automation and willing to learn new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Hotjar, Notion, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus but not required.
