Marcus by Goldman Sachs, the online consumer banking business, is seeking an analytical, strategically minded CRM Marketing Manager (Associate). You will develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalised email marketing and marketing automation, combining technical CRM expertise with a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion across the customer lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end email campaign execution: segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
Oversee CRM platform management and optimisation, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Build automated customer journeys and triggered email programmes that respond to behaviours and lifecycle stages.
Monitor, analyse, and report on CRM and email metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise customer experience.
Experience and Skills
Approximately 5-7 years in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation, preferably within financial services.
Proven expertise in CRM platform management (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar).
Strong analytical skills in customer segmentation, data analysis, and performance reporting.
Experience managing email deliverability, list hygiene, and data-protection compliance; proficiency in HTML for email templates.
