Growtrics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM \& Full Funnel Email Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our CRM, email automation, and workflow systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketing operations and automation, and can use tools like Make, Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Cowork, and other AI platforms to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.
This role will be responsible for building full-funnel email automation across the customer lifecycle, including lead capture, lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, retention, and referral workflows .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CRM workflows to support lead management, customer engagement, and sales follow-up.
Build and maintain automated workflows using
Make, Zapier, and other automation platforms .
Set up and manage
full-funnel email automation including lead capture, welcome flows, onboarding journeys, activation campaigns, retention campaigns, re-engagement sequences, and referral workflows.
Design and improve CRM pipelines, tagging structures, segmentation logic, and automation rules.
Build lifecycle communication flows that improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and long-term retention.
Integrate CRM systems with websites, forms, email tools, calendars, ad platforms, spreadsheets, and other business tools.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and convert them into reliable automated workflows.
Use
Claude, Claude Cowork, Codex, ChatGPT, or other LLM tools to support workflow design, automation documentation, prompt creation, SOP generation, and process improvement.
Troubleshoot broken automations, sync issues, duplicate records, and workflow errors.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data through proper field mapping, validation, deduplication, and reporting practices.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand business needs and turn them into scalable automations.
Document workflows, automation logic, and best practices for internal use.
Monitor automation and email performance, and recommend improvements for efficiency, delivery, engagement, and business impact.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in
CRM management, marketing automation, workflow automation, or operations automation .
Hands-on experience with
Make, Zapier , or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Experience building and managing
email automation and customer journey workflows across the funnel.
Strong understanding of
full-funnel lifecycle marketing , including lead capture, onboarding, activation, retention, and referral automation.
Strong understanding of CRM structure, lead stages, contact segmentation, pipeline management, and automation logic.
Experience with CRM, product tools, and customer engagement platforms such as
HubSpot, Customer.io , Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Familiarity with integrations involving forms, websites, email tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
Hands-on experience using
Claude, Claude Cowork, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to improve workflow building and process automation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and improve automations.
Good documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
Understanding of webhooks, APIs, and integration logic.
Experience creating SOPs and internal process documentation.
Ability to analyze workflow efficiency and recommend automation opportunities.
Familiarity with reporting dashboards, funnel metrics, and lifecycle performance tracking.
