About the Role
Reporting to the Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager, the CRM Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and delivery of CRM initiatives across TTI's portfolio of brands. This role plays a key part in executing customer lifecycle, loyalty and marketing automation programs that drive engagement, retention and long‑term customer value.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role that works closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, Service and Technology teams, as well as external partners. You will use customer data and insights to optimise journeys, improve personalisation and ensure CRM activity delivers meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. The role is based in Mount Waverley.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver CRM initiatives including lifecycle, automation and trigger‑based journeys across multiple brands
Support the execution and optimisation of loyalty programs, monitoring customer engagement and identifying improvement opportunities
Map, analyse and optimise customer journeys using data‑led insights and industry best practice
Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement CRM initiatives that enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience
Analyse campaign performance including engagement, conversion and opt‑in metrics, and recommend optimisation actions
Champion high‑quality customer data and ensure CRM activity complies with privacy and regulatory requirements
Partner with external platforms and agencies to leverage new functionality and enhance personalised customer experiences

What You Bring
Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation or customer lifecycle management within a fast‑paced B2C or B2B environment
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into action
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and marketing technology (Salesforce CRM, Sales and/or Marketing Cloud highly regarded)
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and external partners
Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
