Client Support Associate

Grexa AI is a venture-backed startup building the world's first Marketing AI Platform for small businesses, a fully autonomous system that automates and optimizes digital marketing. We are looking for a Client Support Associate to help customers use the Grexa platform effectively and resolve any issues they may face, working closely with the Business Growth Team.
Key responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support across a high volume of chats and emails.
Assist clients in understanding platform features, workflows, and best practices, educating them on how Grexa supports their marketing goals.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with internal tech and product teams for resolution.
Document customer interactions clearly and identify recurring concerns to improve product experience.
Consistently meet or exceed a 90%+ customer satisfaction score.
What we are looking for
1+ years of client support or service experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or software-driven environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools, support platforms, or SaaS products is a plus.
