Eternal Robotics is an AI and robotics company delivering intelligent automation, computer vision, and robotics solutions across industries. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our operations function, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
The COO owns end-to-end project delivery, field operations, quality management, vendor ecosystems, support operations, and operational scalability, building high-performance systems that drive execution excellence and delivery predictability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Delivery: Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and profitability targets are met; establish and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Operational Scale & Process Transformation: Build scalable delivery frameworks and systems that enable repeatable, efficient deployments across industries and geographies.
Vendor & Service Operations: Lead vendor performance management across quality, cost, and delivery; drive field operations and service excellence; establish and monitor SLAs.
Governance & Performance: Implement scope and change management, protect project margins, and establish operational dashboards and KPI-driven reviews for executive leadership and the Board.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus an MBA or equivalent; PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) certification is mandatory.
12-18 years of operations leadership in technology-driven organizations, with proven experience scaling operations in robotics, AI, computer vision, or systems integration.
Experience managing project delivery, implementation, field operations, and customer support; prior high-growth or startup experience highly preferred.
