We are looking for a Business Manager to own customer relationship strategy and business operations, leveraging CRM systems to drive growth, retention, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on CRM expertise and prior experience in a fast-paced, AI-native company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end CRM strategy, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention campaigns.

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities across sales, customer engagement, and operations.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

  • Analyze CRM data and customer insights to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

  • Set up, optimize, and manage CRM workflows, automations, and dashboards; track key metrics and report to leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and customer experience.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year at an AI-native company.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

  • Proven experience in business management, operations, or customer relationship management roles.

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree required.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products or automation tools, and familiarity with AI-powered CRM features such as predictive scoring and chat/voice bots.

  • Prior experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.
