We are looking for a Business Manager to own customer relationship strategy and business operations, leveraging CRM systems to drive growth, retention, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on CRM expertise and prior experience in a fast-paced, AI-native company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end CRM strategy, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention campaigns.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities across sales, customer engagement, and operations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Analyze CRM data and customer insights to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Set up, optimize, and manage CRM workflows, automations, and dashboards; track key metrics and report to leadership.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and customer experience.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
3 to 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year at an AI-native company.
Strong hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Proven experience in business management, operations, or customer relationship management roles.
Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree required.
Good to Have
Experience with AI/ML-driven products or automation tools, and familiarity with AI-powered CRM features such as predictive scoring and chat/voice bots.
Prior experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.
