Design, implement, and maintain chatbot solutions that enhance customer experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless AI-driven support, troubleshoot issues, and optimise user interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent chatbot systems using platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar tools.
Implement AI solutions to handle customer inquiries, automate responses, and escalate complex issues to human agents.
Integrate chatbots with existing systems, including CRMs and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and analyse chatbot performance metrics to identify improvements and optimise user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution.
Train AI models to improve natural language understanding and response accuracy over time.
Provide technical support to end-users and document configurations, updates, and resolutions.
Stay updated on the latest AI and chatbot technologies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Technical expertise in chatbot development platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework).
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in AI/ML libraries.
Understanding of NLP and its application in conversational AI.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months of relevant chatbot or AI support experience.
