About the Role
Logitech is looking for a Business Capability Owner for their Consumer Customer Experience (CX) capability. In this role, you will be the strategic partner to the Global CX Business Unit, enabling the technology that supports millions of customer interactions across the globe.
You are accountable for the strategic direction of the capability, managing the roadmap for self-service, agent tools, and omnichannel support.
Responsibilities
Drive the strategic evolution and continuous optimization of the entire CX technology ecosystem
Ensure maximum scalability, resilience, and adaptability across all CX platforms and tools
Develop a comprehensive, multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business growth trajectories
Champion initiatives to integrate AI and advanced analytics to personalize and streamline customer interactions
Establish robust governance frameworks for data integrity and security within the CX domain
Integrate disparate systems and harness emerging technologies for CX improvement
