Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - AI Trainer

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role you will hold conversations in both French and English with chatbots to measure their progress, and write novel conversations to teach them what to say. This is an independent contractor position - you choose which projects to work on and when, on your own schedule, from home.
Responsibilities
Give AI chatbots diverse and complex bilingual tasks and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
Fluency in English and French
Detail-oriented
Expert level of writing, editing and communication in both languages
A current, in progress or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
