What is this role all about?
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Voice Bot and Conversational Chatbot products integrated with Kapture CRM. This is a high-impact role where you will be driving execution, delivering AI-powered conversational experiences that create measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients. Sounds interesting?
Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
You will drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and sprint execution to UAT and go-live
You will collaborate with engineering, NLP/AI, QA, and client teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
You will lead CRM integration use cases including ticket creation, routing, agent handover, and SLA workflows
You will analyze bot performance metrics and continuously optimize conversation quality and automation outcomes
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role?
You successfully ship high-impact conversational AI features, deliver seamless bot implementations, and drive measurable improvements in automation metrics such as containment rate, CSAT, and resolution efficiency. What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
You have 2–5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis within SaaS or technology environments
You have hands-on exposure to conversational AI platforms and bot implementations
You understand CRM systems and integration workflows across customer support journeys
You are comfortable working in Agile environments and coordinating cross-functional delivery
What are the most critical skills for this role?
You can design conversational experiences including intents, entities, fallback handling, and flow optimization
You can manage Agile delivery cycles including sprint planning, tracking, and risk mitigation
You can interpret analytics and performance metrics to drive product improvements
You can communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
You will have an advantage if you:
You have worked with LLM-powered chatbots, prompt engineering, or RAG-based architectures
You have experience with WhatsApp Business API or omnichannel bot deployments
You have prior exposure to CRM, CCaaS, or customer support SaaS products
You possess certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or equivalent product/project credentials
