As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Sonatype, you'll engage a portfolio of customers through a scaled engagement model, using structured lifecycle motions and data signals to prioritize outreach. Your goal is to accelerate time-to-value, drive adoption, increase renewal confidence, and surface growth opportunities. A defining expectation is reflexive GenAI usage.
Key responsibilities
Lead structured customer motions to accelerate onboarding, adoption, and time-to-value.
Maintain a clear view of customer health, identifying risk signals early and driving mitigation.
Operate in a scaled engagement model, prioritizing actions based on telemetry, usage signals, and lifecycle milestones.
Increase renewal confidence and surface Customer Success Qualified Leads with the account team.
Use GenAI reflexively as a thought partner to improve the quality, clarity, and rigor of analysis, planning, and communication.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Support Engineering in B2B SaaS.
Technical aptitude within modern software development lifecycles (DevOps, CI/CD, artifact management, OSS security).
Strong GenAI fluency and a demonstrated habit of using AI tools to improve execution quality and speed.
Preferred: familiarity with software supply chain, OSS governance, or DevSecOps platforms.
