AI Solutions Architect

About the Role

FabFitFun seeks an AI Solutions Architect to bridge technology and business operations, focusing on identifying inefficiencies and deploying AI-powered solutions across departments with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow business teams to map workflows and identify automation opportunities

• Build and deploy AI agents, automated pipelines, and LLM-powered tools

• Own projects end-to-end, from stakeholder scoping to production deployment

• Select appropriate tools: Python, no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)

• Design prompts, agentic workflows, and reliability guardrails

• Support change management and tool adoption across teams

• Lead conversational AI and CX applications from prototypes to production

• Measure impact through hours saved, error reduction, and revenue influence

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build AI agents or LLM tools in real environments

• Fluency with GPT-4/Claude APIs, LangChain frameworks, and prompt engineering

• Proficiency in Python alongside no-code/low-code automation platforms

• Business acumen: prioritizing outcomes over technical implementation

• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Experience

• eCommerce, subscription, or DTC background

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Dixa, ERPs, or warehouse tooling

• Change management or process redesign experience
