The company is looking for people who thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy solving difficult implementation challenges directly with customers. Your Role as Senior AI Solution Manager
You will own the technical delivery of AI implementations end-to-end within complex customer environments. This is not a traditional project management role. You will act as the t echnical counterpart to Customer Success within customer account teams, combining implementation ownership, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery execution.
You will:
Own 5–10 parallel AI implementation projects across enterprise customer environments
Design and guide integrations across APIs, workflows, data structures, and AI systems
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, owning the technical customer journey while CSMs own the business workstream
Challenge customer assumptions and clarify unclear requirements instead of taking requests at face value
Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers internally, and keep projects moving toward go-live
Support customers through complex implementation processes involving multiple systems and stakeholders
Contribute to improving internal delivery standards, workflows, and organizational scalability
Help onboard and guide more junior team members as the organization grows
This is a highly visible, high-impact role inside a rapidly scaling AI company where implementation quality directly affects customer retention and expansion. Who You Are
Experience:
4–5\+ years of experience in technical solution management, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles. Strong hands-on experience with:
REST APIs
GraphQL
Python
Data engineering / system integrations
Comfortable coding and debugging when needed, not purely coordination-focused
Experience managing complex technical implementations with enterprise customers
Strong requirements engineering skills: able to understand what customers actually need, even when they cannot clearly articulate it themselves
Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Experience combining technical depth with customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management
