STAND 8 is seeking an experienced AI / ML Developer to design, build, and scale intelligent conversational experiences across voice and chat using AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Bedrock. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade AI agents that improve customer experience, automate workflows, and support measurable operational efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.
Configure Amazon Lex intents, slots, utterances, and manage bot lifecycle.
Implement RAG solutions using Amazon Q / Bedrock.
Build Lambda functions for backend orchestration and integrations.
Define IAM roles and policies for secure service interactions.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on development with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and IAM.
Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with Bedrock or similar LLM platforms.
Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems; proficiency in Python or similar.
Preferred
Experience with voice and contact center AI solutions, speech services, and AI copilots.
Understanding of knowledge management systems and monitoring/analytics frameworks.
