Salmon is a fast-growing technology company building financial products for millions of customers across Southeast Asia. We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI and Data team, where you'll build and ship AI-powered products that directly improve customer service operations, from support chatbots and voice assistants to automated call analysis pipelines.
Your Future Responsibilities
Build AI agents that power our customer-facing chatbot and internal tools, handling real customer interactions at scale.
Develop agentic systems using frameworks such as Pydantic-AI, LangChain, or similar tools to automate customer service workflows.
Integrate LLMs into production services for use cases such as script compliance monitoring, call summarization, and intent classification.
What We Expect
Strong Python skills and solid understanding of machine learning concepts.
Experience with NLP tasks such as text classification, semantic search, and information extraction.
Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and prompt engineering techniques.
Experience building and deploying backend services and working with AWS (S3, SageMaker, RDS, EKS).
Ability to work independently, move fast, and ship iteratively.
