Technical CX Specialist (AI Data Projects)

What is this role?
We’re looking for a CX Specialist with a strong technical background to support contributors working on AI data projects.
This person will act as a bridge between contributors, operations, product, and technical teams — helping contributors troubleshoot issues, understand project requirements, clarify task instructions, and escalate bugs or workflow gaps when needed.
This is not traditional customer support. The role requires technical fluency and comfort navigating data workflows, coding-related tasks, platform tooling, APIs, bugs, and quality standards. You’ll also help improve workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and leverage AI tools to increase operational efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who combines technical fluency, problem-solving, communication skills, and empathy. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable in fast-moving environments, and able to translate operational problems into structured solutions.
Examples of relevant backgrounds include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or coding bootcamps and technical training programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical fluency and comfort with software tools and workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly
Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting technical users or contributors
Familiarity with AI data workflows or annotation platforms
Exposure to APIs, automation tools, or low-code workflows
Experience creating documentation or SOPs
