Termina helps global brands manage their energy accounts and assets in one place. We're hiring an Account Manager to own our New Zealand client base — leading client relationships, resolving complex ops end-to-end, and driving retention and growth across the market.
What you'll own
Retention and growth: run business reviews, surface upsell and cross-sell, and drive site growth.
Client engagement: lead client calls, retailer conversations and partner check-ins across NZ.
Complex resolution: own end-to-end resolution of complex ops issues driving churn risk — meter installs, billing disputes, business transfers and retailer escalations.
Reporting and insight: maintain a current view of NZ account health, churn signals and support trends.
Process and automation build: use AI tools and process design to scale the market operation.
Experience
5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or a client-facing commercial role.
Track record of resolving complex multi-party operational issues with strong stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable with modern tooling (Zendesk, Close or equivalent CRM, Customer.io, Figma, Claude).
AI native, with an ability to leverage AI tools to build fast.
