We are seeking a passionate Technical Trainer - Onboarding to deliver a two-week onboarding program for newly hired Technical Support Engineers (TSEs). This role accelerates new hire readiness through a structured, AI-first learning experience that reduces Time to Competency. This is an onsite full-time role in Yerwada, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, instructor-led onboarding sessions for new Technical Support Engineers.
Facilitate classroom training on customer service, communication, business processes, tools, procedures, and AI-enabled learning.
Create an interactive and inclusive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention.
Assess learner progress and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
Leverage AI-enabled learning tools and modern training methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding content and delivery.
Track attendance, learner progress, and training completion metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Facilitator, Teacher, or Learning & Development professional.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups in person.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with recurring cohorts.
Experience using AI-enabled learning tools is highly desirable.
