What You'll Do

  • Own the instant support experience across live chat, email, and Slack with fast response times.

  • Handle technical implementations alongside Customer Success teams: set up client accounts, configure platform settings, and ensure smooth launches.

  • Perform deep troubleshooting across the platform stack using Intercom, internal tools, and screen recordings.

  • Build scalable support processes and shape the AI-first support approach.

  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering, influencing platform development.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of B2B SaaS experience in support, implementation, or customer success (startup experience preferred).

  • A technical problem solver who can navigate complex software issues independently and learn new systems quickly.

  • Social media and community platform knowledge, including content moderation or brand safety.

  • A process-improvement mindset with strong, emotionally intelligent people skills.
