About the Role
Serve as a subject matter expert on the marketing technology stack and supporting infrastructure.
Manage and deliver critical marketing execution projects on time using strong project management practices.
Develop, maintain, and document best practices as processes evolve.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact technology implementation or adoption.
Key Deliverables
Build strong partnerships with Marketing, BDR, and Digital teams across business units.
Analyze, document, and validate marketing technology needs, translating stakeholder perspectives into clear requirements.
Expand and optimize martech automation workflows leveraging RPA and agentic AI, including lead flow and scoring, data management, and KPI tracking.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing operations workflows to improve CX, increase engagement, and generate leads.
Deliver compelling, technology-enabled marketing programs using innovative digital solutions and analytics.
Independently lead small and routine projects with manageable risks.
About You
Intermediate proficiency in at least one marketing technology such as Eloqua or Workfront.
Experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, marketing automation, and AI tool building.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, diagramming software, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, and Power Automate/Power Apps.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation.
Strong project management skills in highly matrixed organizations.
Self-driven and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
