At HPE Networking, the Digital Experience & Automation team is reimagining how people experience support and services, applying automation, AI, and data-driven insights to simplify journeys and reduce friction. This role leads engineering delivery for the customer portal, automation platforms, and solutions that enhance customer support, customer journeys, and enterprise workflows, leveraging bots, RPA, and APA integrated with Salesforce and enterprise IT systems.
What you will do
Design and deliver automation platforms for customer support, service operations, and enterprise workflows.
Implement RPA, APA (Agentic/AI Process Automation), and workflow orchestration solutions integrated with Salesforce, CRM, and ERP.
Design and implement guided customer experiences and digital journeys across onboarding, support, and lifecycle stages.
Enable intelligent automation using chatbots and virtual agents for customer and employee interactions.
Lead Agile/DevOps delivery and mentor engineering teams specializing in automation technologies.
What you need to bring
15-18 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
Experience building automation platforms, workflow engines, or digital process automation solutions.
Strong experience with Salesforce automation and enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools, BOT frameworks, or AI/APA platforms.
