This role is with an industry leader in voice AI for customer service, building AI that feels human, scales securely, and delivers real business results. The Machine Learning team empowers enterprise customers to create delightful conversations that provide fast, effective resolutions through contact center automation. This is a fully remote role in the US.
What you'll do
Lead the exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI, venturing into new areas.
Translate the latest research into high-performing systems and models that enhance user experiences.
Help set the team's strategic direction and cultivate innovation.
Engage in all aspects of development, from ideation and experimentation to implementation and deployment.
Collaborate with teams and product managers to develop and implement ML-based solutions.
What you'll bring
5+ years of software development in ML infra, ML tooling, or products with ML usage.
Experience with the ML ecosystem (Python, PyTorch, faiss, Elasticsearch) preferred.
An independent thinker who likes to own and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
Interest in the nuance and aesthetic of conversations.
