Product Operator - AI-Powered Customer Experiences

Riverty is a FinTech that enables flexible payments and helps people repay debt to build financial confidence. As Product Manager for Conversational AI within the Collection business unit, you define how AI-powered experiences across chat, voice, and digital portals help people resolve debt faster and with less stress.
Your Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational AI across all consumer interaction channels.
Analyze and prioritize key journeys (payment, installment, dispute, status inquiries) to maximize digital self-service and conversion.
Design and run experiments to validate use cases quickly and ensure high-impact bets get built.
Ensure smooth end-to-end execution from discovery to launch and performance optimization.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, and Customer Service.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of product management experience in AI-driven products or B2C digital platforms within fintech or regulated industries.
Affinity for conversational AI technologies (LLMs, NLU, chatbots, voicebots) and platform constraints.
Ability to bring structure and prioritization to ambiguous environments with fragmented ownership.
Business fluent English is required; German is a plus.
