Product Operator - AI-Powered Customer Experiences

Riverty is a FinTech that enables flexible payments and helps people repay debt to build financial confidence. As Product Manager for Conversational AI within the Collection business unit, you define how AI-powered experiences across chat, voice, and digital portals help people resolve debt faster and with less stress.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational AI across all consumer interaction channels.

  • Analyze and prioritize key journeys (payment, installment, dispute, status inquiries) to maximize digital self-service and conversion.

  • Design and run experiments to validate use cases quickly and ensure high-impact bets get built.

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end execution from discovery to launch and performance optimization.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience in AI-driven products or B2C digital platforms within fintech or regulated industries.

  • Affinity for conversational AI technologies (LLMs, NLU, chatbots, voicebots) and platform constraints.

  • Ability to bring structure and prioritization to ambiguous environments with fragmented ownership.

  • Business fluent English is required; German is a plus.
