  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve patron engagement, content discoverability, navigation and conversion across digital platforms.

  • Work with stakeholders to define relevant frontend performance metrics and ensure they are tracked, reviewed and acted upon.

  • Identify opportunities to improve content journeys across web, app and onsite digital touchpoints.

SEO, GEO and Discoverability

  • Own SEO, GEO and related frontend discoverability metrics, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve organic visibility and content findability.

  • Develop and manage content optimisation practices across metadata, page structure, search-led journeys, structured content and discoverability.

  • Monitor search performance, keyword opportunities, content gaps and emerging behaviours in both traditional and AI-enabled search environments.

  • Partner with Marketing, Content, Product and Technology teams to improve search-led patron journeys across The Kallang’s digital platforms.

  • Ensure digital content is structured and maintained in a way that supports discoverability, relevance and long-term performance.

Patron Experience and Journey Optimisation

  • Act as the voice of the patron across digital content and frontend experiences, with a focus on how users discover, navigate and engage across web, app and onsite digital touchpoints.

  • Work with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to identify friction points and improve patron journeys.

  • Support design, content and customer journey optimisation initiatives that improve usability, clarity, engagement and service experience.

  • Translate patron insights, analytics and stakeholder feedback into practical content and experience improvements.

  • Ensure digital content supports the end-to-end patron experience before, during and after events.

Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology, CRM/Loyalty, Data & Analytics, Customer Service, Venue Operations, Audio-Visual, Sales and relevant business units.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and platform partners on content, CMS, analytics, SEO/GEO and frontend optimisation initiatives.

  • Serve as the key point of contact for digital content governance, CMS usage, content performance and frontend content experience.

  • Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure digital content supports business priorities while maintaining a consistent and patron-first experience.

Requirements
