We’re expanding our team and looking for
AI Consultants
to act as the bridge between our platform and the success of our Scaleup clients. This role is ideal for people coming from marketing or client-facing backgrounds who already live and breathe AI and enjoy working directly with customers to design solutions.
About the Role
As an
Implementation Specialist
, you will own the client relationship from kickoff to value realization. This role is a mix of sales, strategy, and hands-on implementation.
Your day-to-day will be fully customer-facing: running discovery calls, designing AI-powered solutions using Dapta, configuring the platform (no-code), training users, driving adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Important: this is a hands-on role. You will implement, respond, and guide — not just provide high-level consulting.
What You’ll Do
Implementation
Lead end-to-end implementation for Scaleup and Prime accounts (from kickoff to go-live)
Configure the platform based on client use cases (automations, AI agents, integrations — all no-code)
Design tailored AI workflows to solve each client’s specific problem (not one-size-fits-all)
Define and enforce clear ETAs throughout the implementation process
Execute handoff to Support once the account is fully operational
Client Communication
Act as the main point of contact during onboarding
Respond to functional, commercial, and configuration questions within defined SLAs
Deliver live training sessions (1:1 and group sessions)
Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and next steps
Commercial / Consultative
Run deep discovery to understand the client’s business before touching the tool
Identify upsell opportunities during implementation and pass them to the sales team
Act as a trusted advisor — clients should feel they learn about AI and automation from you
Keep all interactions and decisions properly documented in the CRM
Operations
Manage a portfolio of 15–25 active accounts simultaneously
Report weekly on account status, risks, and blockers
Document best practices and repeatable use cases to help scale team knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Background
2\+ years in
call center, telesales, inside sales, BDR/SDR, customer success, or high-volume client-facing roles
Proven track record hitting commercial KPIs (quotas, SLAs, conversion metrics)
Experience managing client relationships and delivering projects with clear timelines
Ability to handle high volume without sacrificing quality
Strong commercial mindset (discovery, objection handling, opportunity identification)
Proven AI Experience
You have
implemented AI in a real business setting
(not just experimented with it)
Daily user of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or AI agents (n8n, Make \+ AI, custom GPTs, Lindy, Relevance, etc.)
Experience building prompts, workflows, or agents that automated real processes
Strong understanding of when AI is (and isn’t) the right solution
Tools \& Stack
Experience with
CRMs
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, or similar)
Comfortable with no-code and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion)
Ability to quickly learn technical platforms without needing to code
Soft Skills
Strong consultative mindset — you care about the client’s business, not just the tool
Excellent written and verbal communication — someone clients enjoy working with
Solid project management skills (ETAs, stakeholders, escalation handling)
Advanced English (B2\+ / C1) — client-facing interactions will be in English

Software engineers or developers — this role does not require writing production code
Purely technical profiles without commercial or marketing awareness
People who prefer behind-the-scenes work over client interaction
