Lifely is looking for a highly adaptable, AI-native Marketing, eCommerce & CRO Specialist to help the business move faster, scale smarter, and improve how it acquires, converts, and retains customers. The role sits at the intersection of AI adoption, marketing execution, eCommerce growth, CRO, website performance, and customer experience, and demands someone highly strategic but also extremely hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Build and improve AI-powered marketing and eCommerce workflows, using AI tools to reduce manual work and create repeatable prompts, templates, and SOPs.
Support Shopify website updates, improve product/collection/landing pages, and own QA before changes go live.
Plan, brief, execute, and review CRO initiatives across product pages, cart, checkout, and mobile, turning insights into hypotheses and tests.
Support campaign planning across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and SEO, and build clear reporting workflows.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in eCommerce (ideally Shopify Plus) and in marketing, CRO, UX, or customer journey optimisation.
Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows.
Experience with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, PostHog, Hotjar, n8n, Zapier, or Make, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Strong project ownership, delivery discipline, and the ability to turn strategy into execution.
