What you'll do
Develop customer acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, and enhance the digital onboarding journey to reduce early churn.
Implement AI-driven personalization and automation tools to create hyper-personalized experiences that increase retention.
Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages, ads, and lead-generation campaigns.
Track customer behavior metrics and develop predictive analytics models to forecast churn risk and target retention.
Leverage AI-powered engagement tools such as chatbots (e.g., THEA), push notifications, and automated workflows to drive engagement.
Ensure seamless customer experiences across self-service platforms, chatbots, mobile apps, and online portals.
