Deployment Strategist
Full-time
About the role
Charta Health builds an AI platform that streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations and administrative functions for healthcare providers and payers. As a Deployment Strategist you will deploy, customize and optimize generative AI healthcare solutions directly for customers.
You will lead Charta's customer engagements end-to-end, from early discovery through successful deployment, acting as the connective tissue between customers, Sales and Engineering so that every implementation solves real problems and delivers lasting product value.
You will partner closely with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand customer pain points, shape solution architecture and build confidence in Charta's ability to deliver. After signature you will take the lead on onboarding, drive implementation design and collaborate with Engineering to bring tailored solutions to life. This is a high-trust, high-impact role on a team that thrives on ownership.
What you'll do
Design, build and manage enterprise-quality AI solutions in collaboration with customers
Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations and setting realistic expectations
Understand workflows, set up integrations that map to real clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer
Shape the product roadmap, working with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to customer success
What we're looking for
You operate like an owner: detail-oriented and focused on getting things right for every stakeholder, whether it is a client workflow, a sales contract or an engineering spec
You turn ambiguity into opportunity, gathering intel from customers and translating pain points and workflows into clear product requirements
You are a clear, confident communicator who builds trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can guide complex conversations
You combine technical fluency (APIs, data workflows, systems thinking) with structured problem solving such as client walkthroughs and product memos
2 to 3 or more years of experience in consulting, product or solutions engineering, or other relevant experience owning long-term relationships and ambiguous problems
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, especially with provider systems, data standards such as FHIR and HL7, clinical operations, or early stage SaaS-based solutions
