As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical part in Tines' growth by driving adoption and expanding usage across the customer base, ensuring customers realise the full potential of the platform.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead a first-class onboarding experience, ensuring customer use cases and requirements are met on time.

  • Translate technical customer needs to internal teams and deliver feedback to Product on new features and enhancements.

  • Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to evaluate performance and locate expansion opportunities across existing and new teams.

  • Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with use cases to increase platform usage.

  • Proactively identify risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans.

  • Develop and drive renewal plans and review account health via dashboards, metrics, and use cases.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales at a technology company.

  • Experience with a SaaS solution for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or other).

  • Ability to uncover problems, locate opportunities, and translate technical requirements to internal teams.

  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
