As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical part in Tines' growth by driving adoption and expanding usage across the customer base, ensuring customers realise the full potential of the platform.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a first-class onboarding experience, ensuring customer use cases and requirements are met on time.
Translate technical customer needs to internal teams and deliver feedback to Product on new features and enhancements.
Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to evaluate performance and locate expansion opportunities across existing and new teams.
Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with use cases to increase platform usage.
Proactively identify risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
Develop and drive renewal plans and review account health via dashboards, metrics, and use cases.
What You Bring
3–5 years in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales at a technology company.
Experience with a SaaS solution for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or other).
Ability to uncover problems, locate opportunities, and translate technical requirements to internal teams.
Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
