About you
We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who’s passionate about helping customers succeed — and already knowledgeable about what’s next in AI, automation, and workflow design.
This role blends customer support, customer success, and automation. You’ll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of MeetGeek’s agentic capabilities.
About the Role
Technical Troubleshooting
Support users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases.
Customer Onboarding \& Success
Guide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate MeetGeek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.
Automation
Build systems that automate and improve the quality of our CS engineering workflows using n8n, Claude and other AIs/systems.
Knowledge \& Self-Service Support
Contribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Source Expansion Opportunities for Sales
Identify new opportunities during support and customer interactions. Surface warm leads and expansion potential to the sales team
About You
2–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Support, Onboarding, Sales Engineer)
You’ve built automation flows before (Claude, Zapier, Make, N8N, API triggers, etc.)
Consultative and empathetic — you enjoy understanding users and solving problems.
Ideally familiar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRMs
