Today, we serve 500+ enterprise clients globally processing 50 million calls daily and having delivered more than 8 billion calls to date.
How We Work

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and CSM teams to understand client processes, challenges and goals; research client industries and operational models and translate needs into measurable requirements.
Own the design, build, deployment and ongoing maintenance of reporting web applications connected to the analytical database. Automate reporting work currently performed manually by CSMs and deliver standard client and internal reports that refresh each day.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Python or JavaScript to integrate, clean and validate call, engagement, usage, client feedback and payment data where clients provide it.
Deploy and operate client reporting services on a cloud platform or VPS, including scheduled and event-triggered jobs. Monitor service health and data freshness, investigate failures, restore data flows, and maintain access controls and operating documentation.
Consume and expose APIs and webhooks with authentication, error handling, safe retries and duplicate-event handling. Connect client systems and internal services and trigger notifications or downstream actions automatically.
Define and monitor business KPIs, including voicebot performance, customer engagement, payments and recovery. Apply general Statistical Process Control knowledge to detect variation and drift and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Provide client usage and cost updates in money and connected calls versus voicemail, using agreed billing definitions. Support real-time tracking of actions across channels per account and alerts for clients and internal teams.
Identify improvements to voicebot strategies; translate findings into structured proposals, solution designs and optimization strategies. Support pre-sales documentation, business use cases, playbooks, case studies and industry-specific scenarios.
Use LLMs to accelerate report and application development through clear specifications and structured prompts. Validate generated code and numerical outputs before delivery and control token usage, context size and model cost.
Collaborate with Product and Delivery on implementation, release and handover. Maintain version-controlled code, focused tests, metric definitions and process documentation so reporting services can be supported reliably.
