Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager (AI) to join the SearchUnify team at Grazitti Interactive. You’ll define the vision and roadmap for Agentic AI solutions that enhance customer support and improve internal productivity.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to build intelligent AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks. The role involves translating complex AI capabilities into customer-facing solutions and driving measurable impact across enterprise environments.

If you’ve built AI or SaaS products and enjoy working across technology, CX, and product strategy, this role is a strong fit.

Key Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven experience building and launching customer-facing AI or SaaS products at scale.

  • Exposure to GenAI-driven chatbots or customer experience automation products.

  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and conversational AI ecosystems such as LangChain, CrewAI, and OpenAI.

  • Ability to translate complex support workflows into clear product requirements for AI agents.

  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and reasoning or planning agents.

  • Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.

  • Data-driven approach with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Agentic AI solutions on the SearchUnify platform.

  • Build AI agents that simplify customer journeys and enable autonomous support workflows.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver intuitive support experiences.

  • Drive innovation in conversational intelligence, self-service automation, and proactive support.

  • Define and track success metrics such as deflection rate, resolution accuracy, latency, and proactive intervention rate.

  • Gather customer and prospect feedback, validate hypotheses, and prioritize features.

  • Translate capabilities such as LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, case summarization, and knowledge linking into product features.

  • Ensure alignment with compliance and security standards, including GDPR and SOC2.

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to support demos, success stories, and go-to-market efforts.

  • Monitor performance and optimize agent workflows for accuracy, adaptability, and human-AI collaboration.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new use cases and enhancements.

  • Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Manage sprints and participate in Agile Scrum activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

  • Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and Agentic AI.

  • Support marketing and sales with product positioning, demos, and value propositions.
