The AI Deployment Engineer is a customer-focused role within Zoom Professional Services. You'll collaborate with clients to identify business needs and workflows, translating them into AI-driven use cases and implementing scalable AI solutions using Zoom's AI products. The role combines consulting, conversational design, and solution testing for customer experience and contact centers.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer operations, service workflows, and business objectives.
Identify and validate AI automation opportunities by analyzing customer data, transcripts, and behavioral insights.
Translate business goals into measurable AI use cases and Virtual Agent strategies.
Design conversational experiences by defining intents, creating flows, building knowledge bases, and managing escalation.
Build and configure AI solutions within the customer's Zoom platform and guide them through testing, UAT, and go-live.
What we're looking for
5+ years in customer experience, contact center operations, conversational AI, or related advisory roles.
Professional proficiency in Japanese strongly preferred for direct engagement with Japanese-speaking clients.
Ability to guide customer discussions, identify requirements, and present strategic recommendations.
Experience translating business challenges into automation or AI applications.
