Account Manager
Full-time
We're building the fastest way to launch and manage ads at scale.
AdManage.ai helps brands and agencies launch ads 10x faster across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and more. What used to eat a media buyer's afternoon (duplicating ads, editing each one, uploading media, setting formats) now takes under a minute. That's a
96% cut in ad launching time
.
A few numbers from the last 90 days:
2.3M+ ads launched
~10,000 daily users
Over 7,000 working days of time saved
for our customers
Brands like Canva, Stanley, Wise, NordVPN, Perplexity and MoneyGram run their ads through us.
We're profitable, fast-moving, and backed by experience, not just ideas.
The mission
Our customers are media buyers, performance marketers, and agencies running advertising campaigns at scale. They rely on AdManage to make their workflows faster, easier, and more efficient.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the person helping them make that happen.
This role sits right at the intersection of
customer success, technical support, and performance marketing
.
You'll help customers get started, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, introduce new features, and build strong relationships with the people using our platform every day.
Media buying knowledge is a huge advantage. If you've worked inside Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager, you'll already understand many of the challenges our customers face. You'll know why launching hundreds of ads can be frustrating, why campaign structures matter, and how small technical issues can disrupt someone's workflow.
You won't be buying media in this role
. No managing budgets, no running campaigns, no daily optimisation. This is an account management and customer success job. We want your media buying background because it's what makes you credible with our customers, not because you'll be in ad accounts pulling levers. If you love the buying itself, this isn't the role. If you love the strategy, the creative, and helping people win, keep reading. You'll be the human bridge between our software and our customers' results, and the person our customers trust because you've done their job before.
What You'll Do
Own onboarding:
get new customers from setup to their first wins, using your media buying instincts to set up their accounts the way you'd want yours set up.
Talk shop with customers:
advise on campaign structure, naming conventions, creative testing frameworks, and how to get the most out of bulk launching, competitor intel (AdScan), Ask AI, automations and rules, comment management, and multi-language launches.
Drive adoption:
spot where a customer is leaving value on the table and show them what good looks like, from bulk ad launching to performance dashboards.
Build relationships:
be a reliable, friendly point of contact for brands, agencies, and growth teams. We'll train you on the account management craft.
Close the feedback loop:
you know what media buyers actually need. Surface pain points to product and engineering. We ship continuously, so your insights hit production fast.
Reduce churn:
flag at-risk accounts early. You'll often spot the warning signs in the ad account before anyone else does.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills.
You can explain complex things simply, communicate confidently on calls, and write clear, friendly, professional messages.
A natural problem solver.
You enjoy investigating issues, asking the right questions, and finding answers rather than simply passing problems to someone else.
A customer-first mindset.
You're patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You understand that great support is about more than just closing tickets.
Ownership and initiative.
You take responsibility, proactively follow up, and don't need someone reminding you to finish what you started.
Technical curiosity.
You're comfortable navigating software, learning new tools, and understanding how different systems work together.
Strong organisational skills.
You can manage multiple conversations, prioritise urgent issues, and keep customers updated.
Fluent English, written and spoken,
as you'll be working with international brands and agencies.
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day,
whether that's researching problems, automating repetitive tasks, drafting communications, or improving internal workflows.
Startup mentality.
You're adaptable, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
You don't need years of Customer Success experience. We're open to people from
customer support, account management, digital marketing, media buying, or SaaS backgrounds
who have the right attitude and skills.
What matters most is that you're someone who enjoys working with customers and takes pride in helping them succeed.
