About The Role
We're looking for a Partnerships Implementation Lead who loves rolling up their sleeves to solve problems with scrappy, creative solutions. You'll sit at the intersection of operations, commercial, and technology, owning partner implementations and internal workflows. This is not a "pass requirements to engineering" role — instead, you'll be building and launching processes yourself using low-code tools, ensuring our partnerships and operations scale without heavy engineering support. This role reports to our Head of Customer Experience and is based in our NYC office. It's a growth opportunity with potential to evolve into Product or expanded partnerships as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Own technical onboarding and implementations for new partnerships
Build and maintain workflows using low/no-code tools
Translate commercial priorities into lightweight, scalable operational processes
Manage projects from scoping through execution, ensuring clarity and accountability
Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively refine processes
Partner closely with the Head of Experience and CCO on priorities.
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical design, troubleshooting, and tickets
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical operations, product, or engineering roles, ideally in startups
Hands-on experience with low/no-code platforms
Comfort navigating APIs and integrations at a basic level
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-starter with a "builder" mindset — scrappy, proactive, and problem-solving oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Prior experience interacting directly with customers or clients a plus
Benefits
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000, based on qualifications and experience
Comprehensive health insurance plans, including dental and vision
Spacious Madison Square Park office ☀️
Generous PTO 🏖️
401k with match 💰
Citibike membership 🚲
Unlimited dietitian care 🍓
Continuous learning opportunities
The opportunity to help build a rapidly scaling start-up organization by taking strong ownership of your work, mentorship, and our unbounded leadership opportunities
