We are seeking a CX Product Lead to drive the transformation, prioritization, and roadmap of our customer experience, ensuring a seamless and reliable journey throughout the estate settlement process. This role owns the evolution and delivery of the customer-facing experience, working across teams to align workflows, AI capabilities, and product innovation to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies for customer-facing solutions, with a focus on workflow transformation and AI capability integration
Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and iterative planning to continuously enhance the estate settlement experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including care, research, product, and infrastructure to deliver cohesive solutions
Design, build, test, and refine CX components to improve reliability, usability, and performance
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent functionality across customer interactions
Qualifications
Proven experience as a product leader, with a focus on CX in fast-paced, agile environments
Strong ability to define problems clearly and collaborate on innovative, practical solutions
Experience working with AI-driven products or automation is highly desirable
Skilled communicator who thrives in ambiguity and brings clarity to complex challenges
Comfortable experimenting with frameworks and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver impactful outcomes
