The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Customer Success Specialist who combines deep empathy with technical AI expertise. As our user base rapidly expands, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative platform and users who are exploring the transformative potential of AI. This isn’t just customer support—it’s customer success advocacy in the AI revolution.
What You’ll Do
Champion User Success: Proactively ensure every customer achieves their goals with our AI platform, turning challenges into breakthrough moments
Technical AI Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Flux, and 30+ others)
Model Expertise Guidance: Help users understand nuances between different LLMs, image generators, and video models to optimize their results
Process Innovation: Identify patterns in user challenges and collaborate with our product team to improve platform functionality
Educational Support: Create and deliver guidance that helps users unlock advanced AI capabilities they didn’t know were possible
Escalation Management: Handle complex technical issues requiring deep understanding of AI model behaviors and limitations
What Makes You Perfect for This Role
Essential Qualifications:
AI Model Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other major LLMs—you understand their strengths, limitations, and optimal use cases
Empathy-Driven Mindset: Genuine passion for helping others succeed, with ability to remain patient and supportive during challenging troubleshooting
Rapid Learning Ability: Demonstrated capacity to quickly master new technologies, platforms, and AI developments
Technical Problem-Solving: Experience diagnosing technical issues and explaining complex concepts in accessible terms
Communication Excellence: Clear, concise written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical users
Availability: Must be available during standard US business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with prompt engineering and AI optimization techniques
Background in SaaS customer support or success roles
Familiarity with image generation models (DALL-E, Stable Diffusion)
Understanding of AI model training and fine-tuning
Previous experience in fast-growing tech companies
Bonus Experience:
Intercom: Experience and/or proficiency with Intercom customer support platform
ClickUp: Experience using ClickUp for project management and workflow organization
Magai Platform: Existing familiarity with Magai’s AI platform and features
